1. Who we are

Vochira is operated by ORIZIS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, registration no. 120241001416, TPIN 2002580846, of 41 Kasho Road, Roma Park, Lusaka, Lusaka Province, Zambia. Contact: office@orizisgroup.com.

2. Our service & fulfilment

Vochira is an online service offering gift cards and digital subscriptions to customers in Zambia. The codes, vouchers and subscriptions we sell are sourced from authorised distributors and delivered to you digitally — usually instantly — to the email address or phone number you provide at checkout. There is no physical shipping.

Where a code does not arrive, or does not work as expected, we will investigate the matter on your behalf and, where the issue is confirmed, refund you in full to your Mobile Money wallet in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Payments

Payments are made via Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel or Zamtel), processed by our provider pawaPay. Prices are shown in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). You authorise a charge by approving the Mobile Money prompt with your PIN. You pay for a digital gift card, voucher or subscription code, delivered to you electronically after payment is confirmed.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Beware of scams

Vochira will never ask you to pay a random third party outside the official checkout. If in doubt, contact us first.

6. Refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under Zambian law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Competition and Consumer Protection Act, 2010 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2021.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.

9. Complaints & contact

If you have a concern, please contact us first at office@orizisgroup.com and we will try to resolve it. You may also refer a complaint to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), or, for electronic-transaction matters, the Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority (ZICTA).
